Jennifer Ramos

Managing Partner & Financial Strategist

Jennifer Ramos is the Managing Partner of The Financial Architects.  Jennifer has been licensed in the financial services industry for over 20 years.  With a passion for teaching, Jennifer established herself early in her career as the “trainer of the trainers” and has coached and mentored hundreds of new financial advisors entering the industry.  In her previous firm, she was inducted into the Sales Hall of Fame for the number of clients she had helped.

As a resident of Rancho Cucamonga, Jennifer expanded The Financial Architects’ footprint by opening an office in the city to serve her neighbors and the community.

Ron Brown

Managing Partner & Financial Strategist

Ron Brown is the Managing Partner of The Financial Architects.  Ron retired from his first career of over 30 years in the automotive industry and has worked with some of the top dealers in the country.  He was with the Penske organization for 18 years where he “grew up” in the business from being a general sales manager, general manager to president of a region.  With the love of helping people and seeing the need for sound financial education, Ron joined his life partner of 16 years, Jennifer Ramos, in business, who has been in the financial industry for over 20 years. 

Stephanie Nunez

Client Care Specialist & Financial Strategist

Stephanie Nunez is the Client Care Specialist of The Financial Architects Arcadian.  Stephanie has a background in real estate and has served as head of operations for an engineering company.  With her experience with customer service and business management, she has taken her skills to the financial services industry.  She loves the opportunity to educate and help people secure their financial lives.

Jorge Hernandez

Estate Planning Strategist

With 30 years of experience in estate planning, Jorge provides comprehensive services, including asset protection, trust creation, wealth transfer strategies, and long-term care planning. He is a trusted guide for securing legacies and ensuring financial peace of mind for future generations.

An accomplished speaker, Jorge leads educational workshops on estate planning for families, churches, and businesses, empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their assets and inheritance. His journey began with an English degree from the University of La Verne, followed by a Juris Doctorate and a dedicated career in estate planning. 

Omar Ennabe

Reverse Mortgage Strategist

Omar is a seasoned mortgage professional with over 17 years of experience in the industry, having started his career in 2007. With a degree in Finance from Cal State Fullerton and extensive coursework in the CFP curriculum, Omar brings a unique perspective to mortgage planning—focusing not just on transactions but on comprehensive financial strategies that empower his clients.

As the President of Ennkar, Inc., Omar leads a one-of-a-kind mortgage bank that prioritizes planning over transactions. Under his leadership, Ennkar has grown into one of the top 20 companies in the U.S. specializing in senior lending and FHA-backed programs. Omar’s expertise lies in restructuring debt for individuals nearing or in retirement, helping them achieve financial independence and freedom through innovative mortgage strategies.
